Delivery
For any items which require special handling & packaging e.g. furniture, call 01437 890390 for quote.
If for any reason an item is out of stock, we shall notify you of the delay and when we expect it to arrive. If you order more than 1 item they may arrive separately. If urgent 24hr Delivery is required , call 01437 890390 and we shall do what we can to rush it to you.
Any customers living in (zones C, D & E) Nothern Ireland, North of Scotland, Channel Islands, R.O.I & all other off shore destinations call 01437 890390. Postage will be charged at cost. See map below for zones.
Furniture Delivery
Delivery is to the room of choice provided there is sufficient access, and is undertaken with a minimum of two delivery men. Staff making deliveries are required by law to wear protective footwear at all times. As they are not allowed to remove this footwear when unloading the vehicle, gaining access to the property, or carrying furniture into the property, we strongly advise customers to make proper provision to protect their carpets and flooring. Please help us to ensure a satisfactory delivery by telling the delivery company if you think a large vehicle might have difficulty reaching the address. Every effort is made to make deliveries at the time arranged. However difficulties caused by traffic congestion and weather conditions can sometimes cause delays to schedules. We regret we cannot compensate customers for delivery delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
Furniture Returns
Some items of furniture are made to order so in these cases please contact us to discuss return options. Divans and Mattresses are not returnable once unwrapped, unless they are faulty for hygiene reasons.
Accessories Returns
While we hope you are delighted with your order, we understand that sometimes you'll want to return some items. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt and in there original condition and un-used, we will be happy to offer you an exchange or refund.

Customers will be liable for any postage costs. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transport.
